Home Birth Services: For families who choose to give birth at home,  I am honored to work with your chosen midwife or provide you with referrals of wonderful Bay Area midwives. I am also an apprentice midwife under licensed midwife Laura Perez, L.M, CPM. I will be honored to support your care in the role as a apprentice midwife.

Hospital/Birthing Center Support: If you prefer to give birth in a hospital or birthing center, I provide support and advocacy throughout the birthing process, ensuring that your preferences are respected and your needs are met.

Doula mentorship /Coaching: Are you a new doula or someone wishing to be a doula? I would be honored to help ypu get your career started . Lets discus your vision of yourself as a doula .

Pregnancy Coaching: whats your families birth vision? Lets have conversations to assist you in visualizing that sen=cenario as well as choosing birthing environments that meet your needs.

Lactation Consulting: Breastfeeding is a beautiful and natural experience, but it can also present challenges for some new parents. I will provide expert guidance and support to help you establish and maintain a successful breastfeeding relationship with your baby.

Childbirth Education Classes: My childbirth education classes are designed to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to navigate childbirth and the postpartum period.
