Prenatal Care: I provide personalized prenatal care, education, and emotional support, to monitor the progress of your pregnancy and ensure a healthy outcome for you and your baby.
Labor Support: I am honored to work with your chosen midwife or provide you with referrals of wonderful Bay Area midwives. I am also an apprentice midwife under licensed midwife Laura Perez, L.M, CPM. I will be honored to support your care in the role as a apprentice midwife.
Home Birth Preparation: I'll work with you to prepare your home for the birth, ensuring that you have everything you need to feel comfortable and supported during labor and childbirth. I'll discuss logistics, supplies, and emergency plans to ensure that your home birth is safe and successful.
Water Birth Options: If desired, I can provide support to your chosen midwife for water birth in the comfort of your own home. Water birth offers pain relief, relaxation, and buoyancy during labor and childbirth, and can enhance the birthing experience for many individuals.
Postpartum Care: After the birth, I'll continue to provide comprehensive postpartum care to support your recovery and adjustment to parenthood. I'll offer breastfeeding support, newborn care education, and emotional support to ensure a smooth transition for you and your baby.
